All links have been changed to use the new signup system. This signup requires more data and is designed to be self service in that we require billing information up front. |

The user must now choose a package and payment method during the owner signup process. Free trials are no longer implemented in our system. |

Community Calendar |

Owners and managers now have the ability to add and edit events on the community page calendar. This is the first of many improvements to the community page feature. |

Maintenance Page Updated |

The raise maintenance page has been updated. Maintenance requests are now referred to as service requests to be more politically correct. |

The Payment Ledger allows the user to view all accounts receivable and all rent payments. These payments are received through either manual entry or via Online Rent Payment (not on production yet). Can download details to Microsoft Excel. |
